Emma Stanley is a Portland, Maine-based trumpet player, pianist, vocalist, educator, and composer. Praised by MaineToday as an "incredible horn player" with "perfect sound" and recognized by the Bangor Daily News as a "local horn virtuoso," she is an accomplished performer whose work spans jazz, funk, pop, musical theater, and commercial music.

Emma performs throughout New England as both a solo artist and a member of several acclaimed ensembles, including Gina & The Red Eye Flight Crew, The Fogcutters, Finestkind Band, Native Isles, and OC and the Offbeats. She also teaches jazz trumpet at the University of Maine, where she mentors aspiring musicians while maintaining an active career as a performer, arranger, and composer.

Her diverse performance career includes national tours with Jesus Christ SuperstarMonty Python's Spamalot, and Annie, as well as appearances with artists including Guster, the DIVA Jazz Orchestra, The Manhattan Transfer, Cyril Neville, and John Popper. She has also performed aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and represented the United States on jazz trumpet at the 2010 Singapore Youth Olympic Games.

Emma has performed in all 50 states, throughout Canada, and on five continents. Whether performing, teaching, or composing, she is dedicated to creating music that is expressive, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the jazz tradition.
